Rental Policies

• There is a minimum two (2) night stay and three (3) nights for long weekends: Victoria Day (the Monday before May 25), Canada Day July 1, Civic Holiday (first Monday in August), Labour Day (first Monday in September) & Thanksgiving (second Monday in October)
• Rate is based on Cottage only or Cottage + Bunkie requirement (Cottage sleeps 6 or Cottage + Bunkie sleeps 10)
• Weekly rentals are from Friday to Friday
• Rental check-in is 3:00pm on day of arrival, check-out is 10:00am on day of departure
• A deposit of 20% is due upon booking confirmation, balance due prior to arrival. Payment can be made via Interac eTransfer
• No refunds for late arrival or early departure
